Apple Marzipan Pie

Not only for the festive season. Also in spring, summer, autumn… 


Slightly sour apples, combined with sweet marzipan and a hint of cinnamon. Served with or without non-dairy ice cream. 

Very nice the top with the woven lattice. But you can make also an easier top as seen on one photo by covering the whole pie and cut a cross in the middle. Just as you wish.


Dough of this recipe will serve either one big pie form or 7 small cups.

If you use the small cups, it is a perfect possibility to take it with you for a picnic etc. It will stay in shape in a box.
