With vegan quark. Which you can make yourself by draining vegan yogurt, if you cannot find it in your supermarket.
Simply take vegan yogurt and let it drain in the fridge over night in a sieve. Place a cheese cloth in a sieve, underneath a bowl and add the yogurt into the sieve. Let it drain for at least 12 hours. Before using, press out the rest of the liquid with the cloth.
Great for a picnic. Or for school and office lunches.
The recipe will make you 4 pita flat breads.
If you are in a hurry you can use also bought flat bread with this filling.
