Mushroom-Lentil Balls with Pasta

The vegan option of the famous Swedish “Köttbullar” – here served with a mushroom pasta sauce and tagliatelle.

 

The vegan balls are made with mushrooms, lentils, onions and oats.

 

They are easy to prepare - also in advance - and easy to store. You can keep them in the fridge for 3 days or in the freezer for  months.


They also taste good as a snack without any sauce. Easy to take with you for a picnic or a garden party. Or for the lunch box for your kids.
